What to Expect

What to Expect

During your first visit, we will take the time to get to know each other as we complete a comprehensive oral examination. This includes a thorough review of your medical and dental history using digital radiographs, teeth and periodontal charting, TMJ and oral cancer screening, as well as photographs and study models if needed.

We will discuss with you any findings, answer any dental and financial concerns and develop a personalized treatment plan that you will be comfortable and familiar with. Please keep in mind that you may require a second appointment to review the treatment plan with the doctor as we may have to communicate with your physician and/or previous dentist in order to gather pertinent information regarding your overall health.

If you have dental insurance, please be sure to provide all requested information to assist us in the benefit verification process. We are happy to help you maximize your insurance benefits and as a courtesy we will file claims on your behalf. Any co-payments or portions of treatment not covered by your insurance are due at the time of service.

For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Should you choose to finance your dental treatment, we work with CareCredit® (see the link below) and are happy to assist you with the application process.

We do our best to respect your appointment time and provide you with our undivided attention. We kindly ask you to make every effort to keep your scheduled appointment as missed appointments the disrupt proper sequencing of care and delay completion of your treatment. If you need to reschedule, kindly notify us 48 hours in advance.
